Setting up Facebook Login

This document steps you through the process of setting up a facebook developer account. You will need a developer account if, you want to develop applications that use facebook login.

Step 1: Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps

Step 2: Click the register now button to become a facebook developer.

Step 3: Fill in the forms and Name Your App

Step 4: Click on the setup button in the facebook login

Since the expo client supports both android and IOs will perform the setup for both platforms.

Don't worry you don't have to do anything to configure it Android environment.

Use host.exp.Exponent as your bundle.iD and allow for single sign on. You can just skip all other options.

Step 5: Click on the My Apps Button in the Top left hand corner.

Step 6: Copy and paste your APP ID this is what you will be using

Step 7: (Optional) Create a test user by going to roles->test users
